Kayte Young uses words and drawings to tell the only stories she knows by heart. With a background in plumbing, cabinet making, commercial construction, activism, architecture, and living off-the-grid, she currently makes a living as the host and producer of a radio show and podcast called Earth Eats. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Missouri State, and an Master's in architecture from Rice University. Her writing has appeared in Cite Magazine and Working03. Kayte lives with her partner and son in Bloomington Indiana where she grows food in her yard and makes pies in her kitchen.
